ViewQwest
is committed to conducting its business ethically and in compliance with all
applicable laws and regulations, including the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act
2009 and Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (Amendment) Act 2018 that prohibit

ViewQwest’s Anti-Corruption and Bribery Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”)
