  • The promotion period is applicable from 8 August 2023 and shall continue to be applicable until further notice. Price displayed herein is exclusive of SST.  
  • This Promotion is for the Participants to enjoy a Rebate for the duration of the Rebate Period during their Contract Period. After expiry of the Rebate Period, the Participant shall pay the prevailing Charges (i.e. non-promotional Charges). (e.g. for a 24-month contract, months 1-6 will have promotional price, month 7 will have regular price.) 
  • Freedom DNS may be provided to new application as complimentary for the first three (3) months, after which is chargeable at RM28/months. Customer must inform ViewQwest of his/her intention to opt out from the service should the Customer do not wish to continue with this Value Added Services upon expiry of the complimentary period. 
  • For No Router Plan, customer must possess a Wi-Fi router which is in good working conditions and able to support the subscribed speeds. 
  • For No Router Plan, Router Set Up Fee (RM150) is applicable if customer required ViewQwest assistance to set up the Wi-Fi router. Wi-Fi router installation is limited to 1 unit of Wi-Fi router for 100Mbps plan or 1 pair of Mesh Wi-Fi router for 300Mbps, 500Mbps and 1Gbps plan. 
  • For No Contract Plan, customer can choose to purchase Router at RM300/Unit.  
  • The terms provided herein is not exhaustive and the terms and conditions for this promotion (“Promotion Terms and Conditions”) shall apply. 
  • Other general and broadband terms and conditions for the Services shall apply.
