This Promotion is for the Participants to enjoy a Rebate for the duration of the Rebate Period during their Contract Period. After expiry of the Rebate Period, the Participant shall pay the prevailing Charges (i.e. non-promotional Charges). These locations serve only 100Mbps plans: Austine Suites, Duet Residence, Golden Sands, Green Haven, Green Residence, Sri Samudera, Upper East@Tigerlane.
Freedom DNS is provided to all new application as complimentary on the first three (3) months, after which is chargeable at ^RM28/months. Customer must inform ViewQwest to opt out from the service.
Freedom DNS is currently not available at Green Haven, Green Residence, Uppereast@Tigerlane, all site previously managed by Macro Lynx, and Partner Networks (HSBB Networks)
For No Router Plan, customer must possess a Wi-Fi router which is in good working conditions and able to support the subscribed speeds.
For No Router Plan, Service Activation Fee will be charged to the credit or debit card during the service registration process (Applicable to New Application Only). Any cancelation prior or during the service delivery will result in Service Activation Fees to be forfeited.
For No Router Plan, Router Set Up Fee is applicable if customer required ViewQwest assistance to set up the Wi-Fi router. Wi-Fi router installation is limited to 1 unit of Wi-Fi router for 100Mbps plan or 1 pair of Mesh Wi-Fi router for 500Mbps and 1Gbps plan.
For No Contract Plan, customer can choose to purchase Router at RM300/Unit. 6% SST applicable.
